The bots are linked such that pathmark is the hub and celina is a leaf. Both bots are on the same computer using a different copy of eggdrop and the script.

Replying to bmotion: Ok, the ticket concerns with running the two eggdrops with the same executable but different set of scripts (I was thinking ahead of myself while typing in the original post).

I have copied the eggdrop folder so each bot now has separate executables and it has resolved the issue.
